By downloading or using Keppt you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the app.
Keppt is a home maintenance tracking application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@keppt.pro. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Keppt offers a free tier and a Pro subscription billed at $19.99 per year or $2.99 per month. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings under your Apple ID.
Pro subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Apple App Store refund policy. To request a refund contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com or reach us at support@keppt.pro and we will do our best to assist.
The parts finder feature includes affiliate links to Amazon, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware. Keppt may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products are surfaced — results are generated based on your appliance information.
Keppt and all related content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Branagh Development and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
Keppt provides maintenance reminders, cost estimates, and parts recommendations as general guidance only. We make no warranty that the information is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Always consult a qualified professional for significant home repairs or safety concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Branagh Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Keppt, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Profile then Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers and cannot be undone. Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion and must be managed through your Apple ID.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Keppt after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
