Keppt ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Keppt app and website.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and home maintenance data such as systems you track, task completions, and appliance information. We also collect usage data to improve the app experience.
We use your information to provide and improve the Keppt service, send maintenance reminders and notifications you've opted into, process subscription payments through Apple or Google, and provide customer support.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Keppt uses the following third-party services: Supabase for data storage, RevenueCat for subscription management, OneSignal for push notifications, and Amazon/Home Depot/Ace Hardware affiliate programs for parts recommendations. These services have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data export or account deletion, email us at support@keppt.app or use the Delete Account option in the app under Profile → Settings.
You can manage notification preferences within the app at any time under Profile → Settings → Notifications. You can also disable notifications through your device settings.
Keppt is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
